Is a simple bracelet just not enough to express your unbreakable bonds with the important people in your life? Perhaps you're looking for a special something that says, "I think you're really cool, let's hang out." like maybe a weird, hand-made bird shaped by your hands and love?
Come join us to make Friendship Chickens (or ducks, or turkeys)!!
In this 2-week beginner handbuilding class, you'll learn how to build bird shapes using basic techniques such as pinch pots during the first session. We'll learn to add optional details using carving and attachments, then return for session two to decorate our fired fowls.
Students get 5 lbs of clay as well as storage and access to open studio for the duration of class. Finished pieces will be fired and ready for pickup within two weeks of the end of class.
